The membership offer on the website omitted a few items, which I'd gladly share with anyone considering this wonderful place. The 160 PLN/month membership includes the following: - the filth, syphilis, and grave in the restrooms, and I mean the state of the place (constantly broken locks or damaged doorknobs, a non-functioning faucet, and other such excesses; if you want to wash your hands, you won't dry them with a paper towel, because the gym doesn't offer such an exclusive item, but instead, you have a hand dryer with the power of a battery-powered fan for kids) - a lot of cardio machines you didn't even know existed, but in return, a modest number of strength training machines (one dumbbell, one rack with two pulleys, one fly machine, one high pulley, two flat benches, two incline benches, and ONE Smith machine). I don't even want to know what it's like later in the day, because I work out first thing in the morning, but when I see on the app that there are 80 people in the club, I wonder how much time is needed for a workout that's supposed to last an hour, and if they hand out any reservation cards for flats. (Yes, I know there's limited space in this basement, but for God's sake, why did you put so many treadmills and elliptical trainer-like toys in there? If anyone wants to tell me that some people go to the gym to lose weight, I assure you, ladies and gentlemen, that weight loss starts in the kitchen, and you can run outside and it will even be good for your health—just be careful on the lanes.) - As I mentioned, there aren't many strength training machines, and when one does break, it can sit there for up to 2-3 weeks, so you won't get a workout in and leave the club frustrated. Resistance bands are a really cool thing, and you can use them for not only a great warm-up but also for more complex exercises (plus, they're cheap). The problem is that they're often broken and tied in knots. Is it really that hard to buy several of the same type of band? Apparently, yes. The only advantage is that the club is open 24/7, so if someone works out at night or very early in the morning, when there are maybe five people in the room, they can work out in a relaxed way and not worry about oxygen in such a spacious basement. The above-mentioned attractions make me wonder if 160 PLN per month isn't a bit too modest for what you offer club members. If there's any way I can reduce this amount to a level that won't bother me in the slightest about using such cheap goods, please provide me with the account number or link to a fundraiser for grateful club members. Warm regards
