I've been a member of this "premium" club for over two years, and unfortunately, the service level has been declining with each passing month. For almost two weeks, the club has only been issuing one towel. The entire gym looks very worn and definitely needs a complete overhaul—especially the locker rooms, which are in terrible condition. The restrooms? Outrageously dirty. It's a shame that a place calling itself "premium" has such poor hygiene standards. The price is too high for what this old and neglected facility offers. Generally, Warsaw lacks truly good premium gyms that can match the quality of clubs in other European cities. I only use this place because other premium options are too small or just as poor. But as soon as something new of a decent standard opens, I'll gladly give up on this gym. UPDATE: More months have passed, and unfortunately, it's even worse. Most of the showers have been out of order for over four months, and the club clearly has no intention of doing anything about it. I am attaching photos of the toilet so everyone can see the filth and disgusting level of hygiene there.
